



Pam Harger, M.Ed., has dedicated her career to helping young people discover their potential. She believes the most important work each of us can do is to become the person we were created to be. With a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Public Communication and a Master’s degree in School Counseling, Pam has spent over two decades employed as a truant officer in a juvenile court and as a school counselor.
Her favorite work is designing programs that connect people in ways that encourage growth in confidence and compassion. Pam’s motto is “Dream Big! Work Hard!”
